Beyond the world of the full-length novel are short stories.  By nature, they are small bits of storytelling.  A little bit of a character's backstory that didn't fit into a novel.  A slice of history, a glimpse of the past, something that is whole and complete without taking up a lot of time or space.  A window into another world, another way of thinking, or even into ourselves.  These pages are dedicated to those stories.
